Step back in time with a cruise aboard P S Industry – an authentic steam powered work boat commissioned in 1911. One hour cruises are scheduled for the first Sunday of most months subject to volunteers being available to Captain and crew the vessel.
Charters and group bookings are available by appointment.
Souvenirs can be purchased on board.
Cruising dates and times:
We are pleased to announce that the PS Industry has resumed steaming days and will steam the first Sunday of the month until further notice subject to voluntary crew availability. Bookings will be essential to enable notification of any changes to steaming.

Popular with tourists and school groups, the Industry is open for inspection: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 10.00am to 2.00pm
A gold coin donation would be most appreciated – children and school groups free of charge.
A start-up fee of $500.00 is included in the following rates:
First two hours – $1,400.00
Third hour – $1,750.00
Fourth hour – $1,950.00
Addition hours – $150.00
Standby – $100.00
Reload (Turnaround fee) – $300.00
Charter to Wilkadene – $2,500.00 one way
Maximum number of passengers 60 (which includes babies & children)
Day Cruise rates:
Scheduled operating day fees are per head
ADULT – $25.00
CHILDREN – $10.00 (3 – 18 YEARS)
CONCESSION – $20.00
FAMILY – $55.00 (2 adults & 3 children)
Passengers accompanying handicap persons are free of charge.

First Sunday in each month (except February)
The times and dates are subject to alteration due to weather, river conditions or unforseen circumstance. Normal cruise times 11am and 1.30pm and every Sunday in January. Extra cruises may be scheduled during the year.
On the 90 minute scenic cruise passengers will see wildlife consisting of water fowl and even a koala or two may be seen as you pass between majestic river gums and cliffs. Delicious scones cooked in the old wood-fired oven in the Gallery topped with jam and cream are served at morning or afternoon tea.
